Yes! If you are looking to leave it out on display, they can be left out for up to three hours. However, as they are made with real cream, we do not recommend leaving them in direct heat or sunlight.
Yes, we offer both pick up as well as delivery. Pick up is in Vaughan, Ontario. The exact location will be emailed to you once your order is placed. We also offer delivery via a third-party delivery service at an additional cost. Please send us an email after your order is placed with the delivery address, and we will provide a quote for you. We are not responsible for any damages during delivery and we do not guarantee delivery times.
We are located in Vaughan, Ontario (Hwy 27 & Major Mackenzie Drive). The exact address will be sent in your order confirmation after purchase.
No. Although our cakes do not contain nuts (with the exception of some toppings) we do not operate a nut free facility and cannot guarantee a nut free cake.
No, this is not something we can accommodate at this time.

Please give us at least 1 week notice of cancellations or postponement and we will be happy to accommodate, as long as we have your new date available. If you give us less than 1 week notice, 25% of your payment is kept for materials used, and 75% will be refunded to you.
We advise to place your order 4+ weeks in advance if possible, but at times we may have availability sooner. Once a day is greyed out, this means we are fully booked for that date, and will be unable to accommodate.
